The most important facet of any service business is the care each team member takes in preparing for the public to come partake in what it has to offer. And especially in a restaurant, the way in which the food is prepared says a lot about the chef and how they care about you, their patron.

We take great care when we prepare for each new serving. Our fresh pasta is a secret Mediterranean recipe which lends it the taste and texture unique to our bistro. We have also created gluten-free versions for those who want the flavor, but not the harsh effects of wheat products.

Most of our ingredients come fresh from the many wonderful farms spotting the hills surrounding Williamstown, MA. We are more than happy to support the great local farmers in our area.
