STARTERS

Mediterranean Bruschetta

Toasted crostini with a marinade of tomato, red onion Kalamata olives, lemon juice, olive oil and a balsamic glaze. Topped with feta cheese.

Quinoa and Wild Mushroom Risotto

A classic quinoa dish cooked in white wine, cream shallots and sautéed mushrooms. Finished with parmesan cheese and mixed herbs.

Ultimate Chard Grilled Cheese

A blend of specialty cheeses inside a rustic crusty bread. Chard to perfect gooiness. Served with a Smoky Tomato bisque.

Lamb meatballs in a Foi Gras mint Sauce

A Mediterranean style lamb meat ball. Pan seared over roasted served in a Fois Gras mint Sauce.

Mediterranean Trio

Our smooth and creamy hummus, smoky Babba Ghanoush and fresh tabouli served with carrot, celery sticks and warm pita bread.

The Al Capone

Grilled 16oz NY strip cooked to desired temperature. Serves with a cream spinach and pan roasted fingerling potatoes tossed in a duck fat and herbs.

Pan seared and oven roasted ½ Chicken

Pan seared Chicken Oven roasted finish served with sautéed vegetables, pan roasted fingerling potatoes tossed in duck fat and herbs.

Salmon Coulibiac

Norwegian salmon with sautéed mushrooms, spinach, red onions and fresh herbs wrapped in puff pastry, baked until golden. Served with sautéed vegetable de jour and saffron aioli.

Fusilli Crema Primavera

Assorted sautéed vegetables tossed in out creamiest sauce yet. Served over al dente fusilli and toasted bread topped with parmesan cheese and herbs.

Creamy Polenta Napoleon

Creamy Polenta, sautéed spinach, grilled tomato and eggplant. Topped with goat cheese and a citrus arugula. Drizzled with balsamic reductions.

Fresh strawberries served with pastry cream in a freshly baked heart-shaped puff pastry, topped with strawberry glaze and powdered sugar, garnished with whipped cream and fresh mint.

Molten Chocolate Lava Cake

Fluffy outside with a velvety chocolate ganache center. Served with gourmet chocolate, caramel sauce and fresh whipped cream.
